Is there an issue with saving with Mobify Studio?

On two separate occasions, I have opened my project in Mobify Studio and found that my previous days changes were missing. It is as if I did not save my changes but I am absolutely certain that I did. The first time this happened, I assumed I made a mistake. After that, I made sure to save more often and clicked 'Finish' when I was done for the evening last night. So far, I have confirmed that this has affected the 'HTML' as well as the 'CSS' tabs in Studio. I am happy to attempt to recreate this and supply more detailed notes if they would be helpful.

I’m sorry to hear you haven’t been able to save your changes in studio. I hope you haven’t lost too much work!

If you could open up the console and let us know what errors you’re seeing on your end, we can look into the issue further.

Thank you for your reply Jennifer. When you say "console", are you referring to the one that can be found in Chrome's developer tools?


I may have noticed a pattern and I'm looking into this now so please don't consider the following to be conclusive as I am definitely not yet certain.

When this issue has occurred, it may have always been after the following steps:
1. Edit the HTML, CSS and add a selector for a piece of Javascript, saving often.
2. Mobile preview within Studio reflects the expected changes.
3. Click 'Finish' in Studio.
4. The following day, all changes in Step 1 are missing.

Yes that’s the console I’m referring to. Thanks for providing those steps, I will look into that on my end.

I am curious to hear what you find. However, at this time I must note that I have not been able to replicate the issue. I can save as expected and have been able to all day. I will update this if I see any change.

Glad to hear you’ve been able to save your project today. I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue yet, but I’ll keep an eye out for it in the next few days.
