Hello,

That error is why Studio isn’t loading for you.

Your site has “X-Frame-Options” set to “SAMEORIGIN” in the HTTP response header, this setting prevents your site from being loaded within an iframe that isn’t from the same domain as the page itself. This is causing problems in the Mobify Studio Editor because that is exactly what it’s trying to do. The Mobify Studio Editor takes your site and tries to load it into an iFrame.

If you can disable that setting in your header that should resolve the issue. Alternatively, disabling web security in Chrome/Chromium, then loading the Studio Editor again may solve the problem as well. More on that can be found on Stackoverflow.

Cheers,
Jennifer

Another option would be to enable the tag proxy from the settings page for your project. This will run your page through our tag proxy, which will result in an HTTP header that doesn’t have X-frame-options set to sameorigin.

This setting is only used from within Studio, enabling it will not affect your site once it has been launched.

Hope this helps,
Jennifer
