No Data in Mobile Analytics

Hello,

I signed up for Mobify back in July 25. I see activity in Mobile Analytics from June 25 to July 3. After that the graph shows "No Data."

I checked if the Mobify code is installed and it appears that it is (I even inspected element for both desktop and mobile views). Under the Configure tab, it says, "Status: Site Live."

What could be the problem?

Hi Dan,

I’ve taken a look at your site and it does appear that optimizations are occurring on the mobile site, so rest assured that functionality is still provided. That said, I’ve escalated your issue to our Product team to investigate. I’ll contact you directly when I have more information!
