Legacy Mobify suddenly stopped working

Jonathan Jan 19, 2017 08:14AM PST

Hi folks, I noticed the other day that our m dot site redirects back to www. I know that the Mobify that we use to scrape from our website is old legacy stuff but I'm wondering if support is being dropped? Thanks.

Hi Jonathan,

Yes, our (very old) legacy Mobify.Me has been discontinued. We sent out several emails last year to inform all our users on Mobify.Me that the service will be discontinued in June 2016, which was then extended to the end of 2016 to further assist those customers who needed a little more time to make new arrangements for their mobile sites. I hope you received yours!

If you are interested in learning more about our current Mobify Platform and how it helps you build strong, loyal customer relationships to increase revenue – online and in-store, please let me know!

Kind regards,
Richard

Hi Richard,
Thanks for your reply. Is Mobify.me the same thing as Mobify Studio? Because that's what I'm using: http://mobify.com/site/427505/

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi Richard,
We're working on a new website but it's several months out. Are there any interim (paid) solutions from Mobify that can function in the same manner as Studio had (scraping content)? Or are there any other solutions that Mobify can help us with?

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

Unfortunately, we are most likely not the right fit for you going forward – our business has changed substantially from those early days and we are now focused on building eCommerce oriented customer engagement platforms and solutions for retailers.

I have heard good things about https://www.dudamobile.com/ – it may be worth taking a look.

I sincerely wish you luck in moving forward with your mobile website.

Cheers,
Richard
